At Mill Creek we have two early childhood classrooms with headstart and parent-pay options. Our staff is happy to walk you through the various early childhood options that our district offers to find the best fit for your family.

  • Names, Address, and Phone Number of Child's Doctor and Dentist

​Headstart Assistance (only required if applying)

  • Proof of All Income Within the Past 12 Months​
    • Pay stub with year to date amount (most recent pay stub), W-2, or 1040.
  • PLUS
    • SSI or TANF
    • Child Support
    • Placement Papers (if foster child)
  • Proof of Address
    • Lease, personal property tax statement, or deed of trust AND
    • Current Utility Bill
      • If living with someone else, a notarized affidavit of residency will be needed
  • Social Security Numbers of All Household Residents
  • SNAP (food stamp) Case Number (if applicable)
  • WIC ID Number (if applicable)

Pricing and Financial Assistance

Full Day - $155

Half Day - $75 per week

DSS Childcare Subsidy accepted.

Headstart Financial Assistance may be awarded to eligible families (Full Day students only).
