William Chrisman Athletics -
Be sure to check out our new athletic website at www.wcbears.com!
The Independence School District has implemented an online system for physicals and other forms related to athletics. Privit Profile allows parents to securely submit forms electronically, using computers, smart phones or tablets. This will give our coaches, trainers and administrators immediate health information should it be needed in the event of an emergency. Privit Profile is being implemented in numerous school districts across the state.
The initial registration will require you to submit detailed information. In future school years, you will not need to register again but simply upload new physicals or update your profile.
If you have multiple student athletes, Privit Profile allows you to add multiple family members and manage their health information in the same account. When you register one student, you will find a prompt to enter additional members and then choose to copy data to migrate your demographic and family history. If you have students at multiple schools, you will need to be sure you select the right school for each student.
Here is a link to additional information about registering multiple students and other frequently asked questions - https://support.privit.com/hc/en-us/sections/200392543-Privit-Profile-FAQs-.
If you would like to begin the Privit registration process, please follow this link https://wcbears-mo.e-ppe.com/index.jspa. If you don’t have a scanner to upload your new physical, you may take a photograph of it with your phone and upload it.
Thank you for your continued support of your student athlete and please contact us should you have any questions.

Admission prices for games with a charge in the Suburban Conference are $5 for adults; $3 for students (K-12); Senior Citizens (62+) are free.
Admission in the Crossroads Conference is $4 for adults and $2 for students.
ISD employees and 1 guest can get in free to conference games with their ISD badge.
Other school districts set their own Senior Citizen policies.
There is an annual $50 Activity Participation Fee for all MSHSAA sponsored activities for high school participants that is mandated by the Independence School Board. This fee will be due before participating in their first game or contest. The fee can be paid by check, credit or debit card on MyPaymentsPlus.com or by cash/check (payable to William Chrisman High School) to Christy Playter in the WCHS athletic office. Appeals for reduction or waiver may be made with the athletic office. Please note that cheer, dance, band, choir, and orchestra may require additional fees.
Student Athletic Passes are available at each High School for $25 and are good for regular season home games. Students participating in athletics/activities who have paid their $50 activity fee will also receive an athletic pass.
Family Athletic Passes are available for purchase at the high school for $50. The family pass contains 20 punches which can be used at the card-holder's discretion for in-district home games. Passes are not valid at tournaments, post-season games or non-athletic activities (i.e. plays, musicals, etc).
