ISD Evaluations

The ISD Evaluations site is a one-stop web application for performing administrator evaluations. The site has been recently rebuilt to provide better functionality. This site will offer insight into the evaluation process as well as documentation.

Please note, the site is currently in Test Mode. The purpose of test mode is to give users the chance to learn how to use the site while at the same time ironing out any bugs that appear. There are bound to be bugs (as there are some features that aren't quite finished yet).

Roles and Contexts

Users in the system can have one or more roles associated with one or more contexts. The contexts (typcially the user's primary building) limits certain actions to users of that building. The roles are describe below:

Helpdesk - A user with this role has the ability to add or modify user accounts, but they cannot see any evaluation information or evaluation templates.

HR Reviewer - A user with this role has the ability to create the evaluation templates and edit them as long as they are not used for an evaluation. They can also see all evaluation values and comments but they do not have the ability to edit the information.

Evaluator - A user with this role has the ability to create and edit an evaluation. This ability can be limited to specific contexts. Evaluators can only view and edit evaluations that they have created and they cannot view or create an evaluation for themselves.

Evaluee - A user with this role can only view completed evaluations where they are designated the evaluee for the evaluation. (This feature has not been implemented yet. At this point, users cannot log in to view their completed evaluations)
