Any WCHS student attending prom (even as a guest) must meet the following requirements:
- WCHS student must have an attendance rate of 90% or higher for the dates of February 10th – May 1st, 2014.
- WCHS student cannot have any unpaid library or school obligations.
- WCHS student cannot have any unserved I.S.S. or O.S.S. disciplinary actions.
Tickets will NOT be sold to WCHS Seniors and Juniors who have unpaid library or school obligations. Any upperclassmen purchasing prom tickets for a guest must have a ‘Prom Visitor Permission Slip’ for any non-WCHS student. If purchasing a guest ticket for a current WCHS student, tickets will only be sold for students who do not have any library or school obligations.
On May 1st, the administration will review the list of Prom ticket holders and any students (upperclassmen or WCHS guests) who do not meet the attendance or disciplinary standards outlined above will not be allowed to attend Prom on May 3, 2014. The students will be notified on May 1st and 2nd by administration and the cost of their tickets will be refunded to them.
