Truman Bands
The Truman High School Band is a well balanced program featuring a competitive marching band, superior quality concert ensembles, and active jazz program. Truman bands also sponsors a competitive color guard, percussion ensembles, pep bands, and is very active in our theatre program providing music for the school musical in the Fall. The goal of the Truman Band program is to foster students who appreciate music and place an emphasis on dedication to a group activity and acheive the most they can through performance.

We need to have matching shorts for the Hawaii Trip. We have paper copies of info available in the band room or you can download a copy by clicking here: HAWAII SHORTS
*Additional comment about the shorts from a parent! "if you go into (the) old navy store they will order shorts and have them sent to your house with free shipping. You pay the cheaper online price but don't have shipping costs."
5/13 Fall Percussion Rehearsal. 9am until 12pm All members of drumline and frontline will attend.
5/19 Last Day of School.
5/20 Graduation. 5pm. Congratulations Seniors.
5/23-5/29 HAWAII TRIP!
When traveling on District Owned Buses, there is NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED (water is okay) If food or flavored beverage is found onboard we WILL be charged a $150 clean up fee per ISD Board Policy.
